Had a wonderful experience at the Omni Hotel Fort Worth thanks to Josslyn! She was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. Her attention to detail and genuine care truly stood out. Exceptional service all around. Thank you Josslyn for taking care of some tired travelers from Alaska that needed some zzzzz's after a long flight down here!

From start to finish a great experience. Nice small little lobby coffee shop. The staff all around was fantastic. Accommodating, helpful, quick with a recommendation or to get the door. The restaurant inside is a solid spot for a quick bite or a meal with friends. Easy to get to a lot of great spots nearby. Id come back for sure.

Emilio with valet was incredibly helpful! He always ensured to greet us, make us feel welcome and ensure our service was as quick as possible. You can tell he works hard to keep valet running smoothly. Trent with bell services was amazing! He was helpful, friendly and always greeted us around the hotel! Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

I came in for a conference-- Josslyn at the front desk made this day start great!! She went above and beyond to provide the best service. I hesitated to splurge on the is hotel but now I am soooo glad I did. I hope Josslyn is recognized for her smile and effort to make my stay special.

Me and my wife went here for the first time on our anniversary and the experience was outstanding. The service there was 10 stars and Mrs Anna and J at the front was phenomenal. I would highly recommend staying here and we plan to come back for another stay shortly. Thank you to all the staff there you made the stay the most enjoyable I have ever experienced.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff are outstanding and went out of their way to accommodate us. We started our stay with Yvonne at the front desk who was so helpful in finding a room to accommodate our needs. We had drinks at the bar using our complimentary drink coupon where the bartender and waiter were polite and attentive. We ended our night with a wonderful dinner with Alexander, Jasmine ( I think) and the restaurant manager where they went out their way to assist my disabled mother to make her comfortable for dinner. We stayed at the Ft Worth Omni two weeks ago, last night and we will be back in a month!

I had a wonderful stay at the Omni Fort Worth while visiting with family for the rodeo, and everything about the experience exceeded expectations. The hotel is spotless, perfectly located, and the staff throughout the property were genuinely friendly and welcoming. A special highlight was breakfast—my order was personally taken and prepared by Executive Chef Chandrashekar Sudershan, which was such a memorable touch. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully made, and the service was excellent from start to finish. We also enjoyed the downstairs bar—the drinks were top-notch and a great way to unwind after a long day. Overall, between the amazing food, outstanding service, clean rooms, and great atmosphere, this stay was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Omni Fort Worth.

I would like to say upfront that I own the #1 rated B&B boutique hotel in Costa Rica for three years in a row. So my expectation for quality is set an a very high bar. Coming from Costa Rica on the only flight that would get me to my conference on time had me arriving at your booked hotel at 6 am. Knowing that house keeping staff doesn't usually arrive until guests start checking out, I knew I'd be lucky to get a room before noon. Jossyln H was my guest services greeter and when I explained my situation to her she promised me that she would get me a room as soon as possible. After a couple of hours resting in a comfortable couch by your amazing fireplace, she appears at my side with the most pleasant smile and says "Why don't you go and have breakfast on the house while you wait this out." At first I didn't think I was hungry after traveling for 28 hours, but your buffet was amazing and made the rest of the 3 1/2: hour wait fly by much quicker than I expected. To really put this stay over the top, the individual that took care of my room turned it out for me daily in the most professional way possible. I so sorry that with the conference demanded all my time. I have no idea who they (he/she) even were???? Please seek this person out and share my praises. Thank you for an incredible stay. This was my first stay at the Omni Fort Worth, and I was very impressed. I was in town for a conference, and the entire experience was wonderful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the service was top tier. Josslen Hei was especially kind and gracious. There were a couple of guests ahead of me, but she never rushed. She greeted everyone with a smile and took the time to engage with each guest on a personal level. That kind of service really stands out. And I appreciate Ronald who recommended the garden and patio area on the 3rd level. I would definitely recommend this location and will happily return the next time I’m looking for a staycation.
